1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the techscalehq.com website ("Site") or working with TechScale Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
TechScale Solutions LLC provides influencer marketing, strategy, and content review services specialized for DevTools. While we execute technical vetting and sourcing based on engineering principles, marketing remains an experimental discipline. We do not guarantee specific sign-ups, lead counts, or financial returns.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date documentation and sandbox access for integration reviews. Clients retain final approval on campaign drafts before they are published.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), content produced by creators remains the property of the respective creators, licensed for distribution as defined per campaign contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechScale Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
